Roof Deck Design | Jerome Tobias, Architect LEED AP

Located just three blocks north of Mission Dolores Park, 200 Dolores Residence #9 already lets you take advantage of the area’s outstanding microclimate and sun exposure. But if you're looking for a more private outdoor gathering, nothing beats having your own custom-designed roof deck with stadium seating, built-in LED lighting, and stunning panoramas of the neighborhood and surrounding hills.

Designed by Jerome Tobias, Architect LEED AP and founder of arcflux.studio, a locally based design firm, this spectacular rooftop deck brings the Dolores park vibe right to your home. Built from Ipe wood, a durable, all-purpose wood that ages well in the sun and is easy to restore, the deck offers 55 sq. ft. of outdoor space, surrounded by white pebble granite and finished with high-quality astroturf.

The custom stadium seating offers two seating levels, with benches wide enough so you can layout in the sun, and comfortably host all your friends, family, and neighbors. Integrated storage shelves add an additional level of convenience for packing away outdoor furniture, and built-in lights made of Linear LED tape light offer a permanent lighting solution with no setup or maintenance.

Your own personal urban oasis complete with endless views of palm trees and rolling San Francisco hills awaits at 200 Dolores.
